All charges are made based on government rules. You or your client advisor can check your charges anytime through our Family Portal at www.carelinc.com.au. We usually send invoices every two weeks, but we may bill at different times when needed. Your invoice will show what services you used and the charges.
Please make sure to book or cancel services at least 24 hours in advance, or you may still be charged.
One of our team members will visit your home to do a Home Assessment. This helps us create a care plan that fits your needs. The plan will include how many hours and what services you’ll get each week. We’ll send you invoices every two weeks.
If you have any questions or think there’s a mistake in your invoice, please call the CareLinc Centre. If your question is valid, we will adjust your account to fix the issue.
You can use CareLinc services again if staff are available and we can support your needs.
